On behalf of the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law (VJTL), welcome to our website. Established in 1965, VJTL is one of the nation’s oldest law journals dedicated to issues in international and comparative law.
Through five annual publications and a bi-annual symposium, the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law is committed to moving comparative and international law scholarship forward. The transnational blog represents another step in achieving that goal. Our hope is that this blog brings together students and professors to discuss cutting-edge international legal issues.
We invite you to explore the VJTL blog, where you will find fascinating scholarship and lively debates.
Sincerely,
Sean Mahard, Editor in Chief
