Matthew A. Dacher

Matthew Dacher is from Cortlandt Manor, NY. He graduated from Muhlenberg College in 2016, where he majored in political science and international relations with a concentration in the Middle East. After graduation, Matt worked as a 5th grade math teacher in New Orleans through AmeriCorps’ City Year program. Following this, Matt worked in New York City as a project manager in the year prior to law school.

 

During his 1L summer, he interned for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York in the International Narcotics and Organized Crime units of the Criminal Division. Matt spent his 2L summer interning for Davis, Polk, & Wardwell in New York City. While at Vanderbilt, Matt also serves as a member of the Moot Court Executive Board. In his free time, Matt enjoys hiking, cooking new recipes, and playing Ticket to Ride.
